Restore a sense of calm and wellbeing in this drop-in class led by instructor Claudia Smith. Through mindful breathing, guided relaxation, and gentle movement, you'll cultivate body awareness and relaxation.  Claudia's approach is versatile and focused on helping students feel good in their bodies, promoting overall wellness.

Film Screening – "The Big Payback"

Thursday, January 23, 6pm 

Join us for a screening of The Big Payback, presented in partnership with the Zacchaeus Foundation and KUAF. This film follows Illinois alderman Robin Rue Simmons as she leads her community in an uphill battle to obtain this ‘big payback,’ highlighting both local and national struggles around reparations.
