Scribble Your Emotions – Art as Medicine *
Sunday, October 18
3:00pm - 4:00pm
Sometimes feelings don't fit into words—but they can spill onto a page. Express yourself through art in this workshop led by licensed therapist Lauren Gray.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will use simple scribbling techniques to externalize emotions, release tension, and reconnect with themselves through creative expression. No artistic skills are required, just a willingness to try!
